EU green foundry and abattoir guidance agreed
The European Commission has rubber-stamped new guidance to minimise the environmental impacts of EU foundries and slaughterhouses. The approval of guidelines on best available techniques to cut pollution brings to seventeen the number of reference documents prepared under EU industrial pollution legislation.
