EEA paints eco-innovation background
A two-day conference in Copenhagen this week highlighted political difficulties of dealing with new processes that are or could be classified as eco-technologies. Conference host Jacqueline McGlade of the European environment agency (EEA) said she hoped the debate would give Europe a background against which to plan eco-innovation policies.
