North's greenhouse gas output rising rapidly
Developed countries' greenhouse gas emissions fell 6% between 1990 and 2003 but are set to rebound to 10% above 1990 levels over the next five years, according to the most comprehensive survey yet. The report was published on Thursday by the UN's framework convention on climate change (UNFCCC).
