Council to strike Reach deal on 19 December
EU governments should reach a political agreement on the Reach regulation at a special competitiveness ministers' meeting on 19 December, it has emerged. The current UK presidency of the council tabled the meeting after acceding to a request by Germany to postpone a planned agreement later this month.
