Energy and climate top commission's 2007 agenda
Boosting energy efficiency and redoubling the fight against climate change will be among the European commission's top priorities next year, its president José Manuel Barroso told MEPs in Strasbourg on Wednesday as he presented the EU executive's work programme for 2007.
