IEA raises the stakes on nuclear power
The International energy agency enraged environmentalists on Tuesday by advising governments to expand their nuclear power capacity to help combat climate change. Furious green groups accused the IEA of contradicting its own previous analysis and "adding a nuclear nightmare to the global climate crisis".
