Ministers to decide toxic waste storage limits
EU ministers have been asked to decide upper limits on the presence of toxic chemicals in waste above which contaminated wastes will always have to be destroyed. The move comes after a committee of member state officials failed to reach agreement on proposals tabled by the European commission at the beginning of this year.
