Belgium "still playing catch-up" on environment
Belgium must do more to catch up with its "environmental backlog from the past", according to the latest review of national green performance by the Organisation for economic cooperation and development (OECD). But the organisation says Belgium has made significant recent progress in addressing environmental issues. Its review was presented in Brussels on Monday.
