Commission puts cost on car CO2 curb plans
Reaching the EU's goal of reducing carbon emissions from new cars to 120 grams per kilometre by 2012 will cost up to €23bn to achieve, according to a delayed European commission impact assessment of legislative plans announced two months ago.
