Greens urge MEPs to remain firm on car CO2 cuts
Car makers must cut average carbon dioxide emissions from their vehicles to 120 grams per kilometre (g/km) by 2012 if the EU is to meet its 2020 climate goal, according to the European parliament's Green MEPs. The warning is based on the findings of a new report by German consultancy CPC-Berlin.
