Commission delays climate and energy package
The European commission has been forced to delay the publication of a major package of climate and energy-related legislative proposals. The EU executive had planned to table the package before the start of international climate negotiations in Bali in December, but this will now be delayed until the second half of January at the earliest (EED 15/08/07).
