Angry reception for EU car CO2 law proposal
The European commission tabled draft legislation on Wednesday that would force carmakers to reduce average carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from Europe's new car fleet to 130 grams per kilometre (g/km) by 2012 (EED 07/02/07).
