Revised national air pollutant caps in EU limbo
The publication of long-awaited EU proposals to tighten national air pollutant caps could be delayed until the end of next year, green groups have warned. A European commission spokeswoman admitted on Tuesday that the draft legislation "will take some time" to finalise. But the delay is not the result of a political blockage, she told ENDS.
