First EU list of high concern chemicals agreed
A committee of member state experts has agreed a list of 14 high-concern substances whose production and use could eventually require special authorisation under the Reach regulation. This is the first group of substances to be identified as "very high concern" (SVHCs) chemicals under Reach.
