Governments agree farm reform package
EU farm ministers have agreed a series of reforms to the bloc's common agricultural policy aimed in part at improving its environmental profile. The "health-check" package was agreed in Brussels this week on the basis of European commission proposals tabled in May (EED 20/05/08 and EED 20/11/07).
