Commission fixes its gaze on Arctic region

The European commission issued plans to increase its involvement in the Arctic region on Thursday. The objective is to help protect the Arctic environment and exploit untapped oil resources in the region.

Danish presidency programme

The Danish government presents the programme of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union ‘Europe at work'

Denmark took over the presidency of the EU on 1 January.
