Revision of EU battery waste law enters force
A minor amendment to the 2006 EU batteries directive entered force on Friday following publication in the EU official journal. The change confirms that batteries placed on the EU market before the directive entered force do not have to be withdrawn or relabelled (EED 19/05/08).
