Report urges EU carbon limit for all power plants
A proposed EU carbon dioxide emission limit for power plants should apply to both new and existing installations if it is to have a significant impact on reducing the sector's emissions by 2030, according to a study published by Dutch environmental consultants Ecofys on Tuesday.
