Poland's car recycling scheme "dysfunctional"
Poland's end-of-life vehicle recycling scheme is "dysfunctional", Polish car recycling group FORS said in a statement last week. The vast majority of old cars are treated illegally and with little regard for environmental regulations, according to the group.
