HCFCs "should be phased out by 2015" - MEPs
The European parliament's environment committee wants to ban hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) from 2015, not 2020 as proposed by the European commission as part of a revision of EU rules on ozone-depleting substances (ODS).
