Lawmakers heading towards negotiations on ODS
A draft compromise proposal on EU plans to revise ozone-depleting substances (ODS) rules issued by the Czech presidency this week has highlighted significant differences of views between governments and MEPs. EU lawmakers are expected to begin informal trialogue talks shortly.
