Call for efficiency focus in economic recovery plan
A European commission proposal to invest €3.5bn of unspent EU funds in a series of "strategic energy projects" as part of Europe's economic recovery plan fails to address energy efficiency, delegates were told at the opening session Sustainable Energy Week in Brussels on Monday.
