Fall in EU green energy growth confirmed for 2007
The growth of renewables in primary EU energy consumption fell slightly in 2007, according to a new annual report by alternative energy group Eurobserver. Renewables accounted for 7.5 per cent of primary consumption, up 0.4 percentage points on 2006.
