Obama delivers boost to carbon markets
Revenues from a planned domestic carbon emission trading scheme (ETS) will be included in US president Barack Obama's first budget, due to be presented to congress on Thursday. The positive signal for carbon markets comes amid a gloomy prognosis for 2009 (EE 24/02/09).
