Italy favours green certification over taxation
Green taxation in Italy fell to its lowest level for 30 years in 2007, the latest annual report issued by NGO Legambiente on Tuesday reveals. In contrast, the number of firms achieving environmental management certificates and products being awarded Flower eco-label status soared.
