Draft EU climate adaptation strategy emerges
The European commission will explore mandatory climate impact assessments for EU-funded infrastructure projects and mandatory sustainability criteria in harmonised construction standards to help Europe adapt to climate change, according to a draft policy paper seen by ENDS.
