US comeback dominates climate talks opening

Government negotiators and green groups welcomed the return of the US to international climate talks at the opening of the first UNFCCC meeting this year in Bonn on Sunday. UN climate chief Yvo de Boer has high hopes for the event (EE 25/03/09).
