Firm's appeal against methyl bromide ruling fails
Belgian pesticide importer Mebrom has failed to overturn a 2007 judgment from the European court of justice (ECJ) which upheld the European commission's right to deny the company an import quota for methyl bromide in 2005 (EE 22/05/07).
