MEPs back EU deal on product ecodesign
The European Parliament formally approved on Friday a deal reached with EU governments to extend the bloc's product ecodesign directive to energy-related goods (EE 27/03/09). The council of ministers must now rubber-stamp the agreement before it becomes law.
