Ukraine, Moldova to comply with EU green laws
Eastern European countries Ukraine and Moldova will have to comply with a series of EU energy and environmental laws under draft decisions on their accession to the European Energy Community, a treaty extending the EU internal energy market to south-eastern Europe.
