Post-2012 vision for Kyoto flex-mex emerges

A stakeholder task force led by Brussels-based think tank the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) has outlined how Kyoto's flexible mechanisms the clean development mechanism (CDM) and joint implementation (JI) could be scaled up after 2012.
