Norway's GHG emissions well above Kyoto target
Norway's greenhouse gas emissions in 2008 were 7.4% above the country's Kyoto target for the period 2008-12 despite a 2.2% decline from previous year, according to preliminary figures released by the national statistics office (SSB) on Monday.
