France unveils plan for greener energy infrastructure
French environment minister Jean-Louis Borloo presented on Wednesday a plan for greening France's energy infrastructure by 2020. The plan will help cut the country's emissions by 21.8% relative to 2005 levels in line with EU climate goals.
