Ministers set to reject EU binding nuclear safety rules
Rules and guidelines on nuclear safety set by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will not be made binding under a directive on nuclear safety due to be adopted by EU environment ministers on 25 June, ENDS understands.
