ETS policy 'malfunction' in North Sea exposed
North Sea oil and gas firms will be left with significant surplus of carbon allowances during the second trading period of the EU emissions trading scheme (EU ETS), British carbon capture and storage firm CO2DeepStore said on Wednesday.
