Uncertainty over ETS funds for renewables and CCS
The EU executive is not planning to specify up-front how funds from the EU's emissions trading scheme (ETS) should be divided between renewables and carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects, according to an informal commission paper obtained by ENDS.
