Australia pushes for tough action on aviation, shipping
World governments meeting in Copenhagen in December should agree indicative global emission-reduction goals for international aviation and shipping and commit to negotiate sectoral agreements for each by 2011, Australia proposed at UN climate talks in Bonn on Thursday.
