Sectoral approaches to cut carbon ‘increasingly likely’
Sector-specific approaches to cut greenhouse gas emissions in developing countries look increasingly likely, but they will be nationally tailored and implemented, delegates heard at the European Commission's annual Green Week event on Thursday.
