Revised EU toy safety directive to enter force

New safety rules imposing tough chemical restrictions on toys will enter force at the end of July following their publication in the EU's official journal on Tuesday. Member states have until January 2011* to transpose them into national law.

The Danish government presents the programme of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union ‘Europe at work'
