MEP: national interests threaten CCS demo projects
Competition among member states for a share of an estimated €7bn in EU funding for carbon capture and demonstration (CCS) demonstration projects threatens to undermine the overall effectiveness of the initiative, a prominent MEP has warned (EE 29/06/09).
