Campaigners call for urgent reforms to EU ETS
The EU's flagship emission trading scheme (ETS) must be immediately amended to tighten the cap on energy and industrial emissions to 2020 to ensure the scheme drives emission cuts in Europe, UK climate NGO Sandbag said in a new report on Monday.
