Experts fail to agree on framework to cut HFCs
Ozone and climate experts concluded a four-day session in Geneva on Saturday without agreeing specific action to phase out hydroflurocarbons (HFCs) but with a better understanding of how to move forward, according to a UNEP spokesperson.
