Kilometre tax for lorries 'not suitable for Sweden'

Imposing a kilometre tax on lorries in Sweden would be unfair to businesses in sectors such as forestry in an "elongated" country where there is little or no alternative to road transport in many areas, the Swedish transport minister has said.
