European electroscrap collection on target in 2008
Collective take-back systems in Europe collected an average of 4.03 kilograms of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) per inhabitant in 2008, in line with the EU's annual 4kg per capita target, the WEEE Forum said in a report on Friday.
