Carmakers reject EU plan to cut van emissions

European carmakers have dismissed as "undoable" a plan to limit CO2 emissions from vans and minibuses to 175 grams per kilometre by mid-2013. The limit is being considered by the European Commission, the Financial Times reported last week.
