Naples environment agency 'fuelled' local waste crisis

The local arm of Italy's environment agency for the Naples area, Arpac, used the city's waste crisis to feed a web of corruption and malpractice, Italian prosecutors have alleged. Last year, the government took emergency measures to resolve the crisis.
