Sweden and Finland give Nord Stream the go-ahead
The Swedish and Finnish governments decided to grant permits on Thursday to allow the Nord Stream consortium to construct an undersea gas pipeline through their "exclusive economic zones" (EEZ) in the Baltic Sea.
