Legislators reach agreement on EU budget for 2010
MEPs and member states on Thursday struck a deal on the EU's budget for 2010, including an extra €1.5bn for strategic energy projects. Legislators also agreed funding for the closure of the Kozloduy nuclear plant in Bulgaria.
