EU remains elusive over 30% CO2 reduction goal
The European Union is "coming closer" to increasing its carbon reduction target to 30% by 2020, Swedish environment minister Andreas Carlgren said on Monday following a ministerial meeting in Brussels to finalise the EU's position ahead of December's Copenhagen summit.
