Steelmakers urge deeper CO2 cuts in China

China's commitment to reduce its CO2 emissions per unit of national income by 40-45% in 2020 compared to 2005 levels is insufficient to protect European steelmakers from carbon leakage, trade association Eurofer warned on Tuesday.
